Responsible for the preparation and administration of budgets, Scheduling 9 full-time and 37 part-time faculty.  Performed Annual Review for each faculty member for purposes of development and merit increases.  Managed the development and evaluation of curriculum and coordination of on and off-campus programs through outcomes assessment; staffed the MSCJA, MBA, and Weekend MBA programs.  Established and maintained relationships with the business community, coordinated the internship programs, developed five-year planning cycles for course and faculty scheduling resulting in the publication of a long-term course planner for students.

The Resource Center provided training, development and consulting services to local and regional businesses.  Responsibilities included the preparation and administration of budgets; program preparation, needs assessments, program evaluations, staffing, client- base building, weekly and annual reporting to Administrative officials.  Also coordinated joint programming between the School of Business and the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
